I had hired a contractor who opened a side entrance at my house. They had to cut through a beam which made it not pass inspection. The inspector didn’t know what the fix was and my engineer kept telling me he was contacting the inspector, but all he was doing was avoiding as many of my calls as possible. After three months, I called Amir. I was so frustrated but Amir took the time on the phone to listen to my problem and also came over the same day to give me advice. A few days later, I had implemented the suggested fix and my permit was passed! I will be working with him again and would recommend him to anyone.
